Dubai: DIFC launches first residential ownership in new Zabeel District
Two-tower project blends finance, lifestyle and connectivity
DUBAI – Dubai International Financial Centre has announced its first-ever residential ownership opportunity within the newly unveiled DIFC Zabeel District, marking a major milestone in the financial hub’s long-term growth.
The project, titled The Residences, is the first development to be launched in Phase A of the district. It signals DIFC’s transition into a fully integrated urban destination combining business, lifestyle and culture.

As the first residential development within the Zabeel District, the project reflects DIFC’s established standards of design quality and long-term value. It is being developed and managed by DIFC Developments and is positioned as a central component of the district’s initial rollout.
Project details
The development comprises two residential towers housing a total of 463 residences. Designed to integrate professional life with wellbeing and community living, the project aims to create a setting where work and quality of life exist side by side. DIFC said the development has been planned to align with the district’s wider urban vision.

Saleh Al Akrabi, Chief Real Estate Officer at DIFC Investments, said the project represents a key step in DIFC’s evolution as a place to live as well as work, highlighting its focus on design excellence, connectivity and wellbeing.
Strategic location
The Residences will benefit from direct alignment with future city infrastructure, including planned connectivity to the Dubai Loop.

Residents will also have easy access to major arterial road networks, supporting efficient movement across Dubai.
